Pricing

Tour Package Options

  • Standard Tour (without additional post-tour extensions):

    • Double Occupancy: $[Price] (USD) per person (excluding airfare, trip cancellation insurance, and any optional extensions)
    • Single Occupancy: $[Price] (USD) per person (excluding airfare, trip cancellation insurance, and any optional extensions)
  • Extended Tour (includes [X-day] post-tour extension):

    • Double Occupancy: $[Price] (USD) per person (excluding airfare, trip cancellation insurance)
    • Single Occupancy: $[Price] (USD) per person (excluding airfare, trip cancellation insurance)

Group Airfare Pricing

  • Note: Group rate is currently unavailable. A minimum of [X] passengers on the same flight itinerary is required.
  • If the traveler arranges their own airfare, they are responsible for their own airport transfers, both foreign and domestic.
  • Wherever Tours cannot accommodate or arrange airport transfers for those who are not on the same flight schedule as the main group.
  • Estimated airfare may vary; actual fares are subject to change until ticketing.

What’s Included

  • All ground transportation and airport transfers (excluding domestic transfers).

  • Airfare
  • Visas, passports, airport taxes, border taxes, etc.
  • Gratuities for guides and drivers.
  • Beverages other than specified.
  • Meals other than those included in the itinerary.
  • Optional trip cancellation insurance.
  • Optional tours or activities not listed in the itinerary.
  • Personal expenses.
  • Immunizations and testing (if required).
  • Domestic transfers in the USA.

Payment Terms

  • Deposit: $500 (USD) due upon booking to secure reservations. The deposit is refundable through [Date].
  • Payment Schedule: Payments can be made in [X] monthly installments, starting from [Date]. All balances are due by [Final Payment Date].
  • Payments by check or money order receive a 3.0% discount (not applicable to trip insurance premium payments).

The registration for the post-tour extension depends on hotel availability at the time of booking.

Refunds and Cancellation Penalties

All cancellation requests must be made in writing.

  • Airline tickets are non-refundable upon final ticketing (as per airline policy).
  • Premiums for optional trip cancellation insurance are non-refundable and non-reimbursable.

Cancellation Penalties:

  • After Booking Date: $500 (initial deposit) plus 100% of ticketed airfare.
  • After 5 months before trip: 25% of the trip price per person plus 100% of ticketed airfare.
  • After 3 months before trip: 50% of the trip price per person plus 100% of ticketed airfare.
  • After 2 months before trip 75% of the trip price per person plus 100% of ticketed airfare.
  • After 1 month before trip 100% of the trip price per person plus 100% of ticketed airfare.

Note: Cancellations for any reason after the dates specified require an advanced purchase of optional trip cancellation insurance to obtain reimbursement. Insurance premiums are non-refundable and non-reimbursable.

COVID-19 Policy

  • COVID-19 vaccination is not required.
  • COVID-19 testing, quarantine, and other protocols are no longer in effect.
